As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a truly incredible year at NSPOT. It has been full of milestones, celebrations, growth, and countless moments that reminded us why we love what we do. This year has been about celebrating our kids, our families, our amazing team, and all the little and big wins along the way.
Celebrating 30 Years of NSPOT
This year marked a huge milestone: NSPOT turned 30! To celebrate, our team headed to the Hunter Valley for a special getaway. It was a chance to pause, reflect, and celebrate three decades of helping children and families thrive. The trip was full of laughter, team bonding, and reflection on everything NSPOT has achieved. A huge thank you to our Director, Diana, for your vision, dedication, and leadership. NSPOT wouldn’t be what it is today without you, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done over the past 30 years.
Welcoming New Faces
2025 brought some incredible new team members who have quickly become an important part of our NSPOT family:

Celebrations Big and Small
This year, we celebrated birthdays, work anniversaries, Values Champions, PJ Week, Halloween, promotions, and other special occasions. These moments might seem small, but they reflect the heart of our team and the joy we find in supporting each other and the families we work with. From dressing up in silly costumes to sharing cakes and laughter, it’s the little things that make NSPOT feel like a family.

Professional Growth
Learning and growth have been at the heart of 2025. Our team participated in a variety of professional development sessions, both internally and externally. These opportunities not only strengthened our skills as therapists but also allowed us to continue delivering high-quality, evidence-based support for every child and family who comes through our doors.
Groups, Play, and Community
Our term groups and school holiday programs were a highlight this year. Planning these sessions allows us to create spaces where children can play, explore, and grow together, while also working toward developmental goals. Watching the children engage, challenge themselves, and enjoy being part of a group is always a reminder of why we love what we do.
Client Christmas Party
We were thrilled to host our second NSPOT Client Christmas Party this year. The celebration was full of laughter, games, festive activities, and holiday cheer. Seeing the kids play, connect with one another, and enjoy themselves was truly heartwarming. Events like this are our way of giving back to our wonderful NSPOT community and celebrating the families who make our work so meaningful. We feel so blessed to be able to share these special moments, and we can’t wait to do it again next year.
Life’s Milestones
2025 has also been a year of exciting personal milestones for our team. We celebrated four engagements, a bridal shower, and a baby shower. It’s such a joy to share these special moments with our NSPOT family, and they are a beautiful reminder that our community extends beyond the clinic walls.
Digital Growth
This year brought exciting updates online too. Our website received a refresh, including the return of our blogs, which let us share tips, insights, and stories with our wider community. Our social media presence has grown significantly, helping us connect with families, showcase our therapy programs, and celebrate successes both big and small.
