About Roveena
What inspired you to be an OT?
I became interested in occupational therapy because I’ve always had a passion for helping people and making a meaningful impact on their lives. What drew me to the field is the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring solutions to their specific needs and empowering them to live more independently and confidently. It’s a fulfilling career that allows me to combine my desire to help with my creativity in problem-solving
Who do you like to work with?
During my university placements, I had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, but I found myself most drawn to working with younger children. I really enjoy the challenge of finding creative ways to engage them in therapy, and I love using a play-based approach to make the experience both fun and effective.
