About Georgia

What inspired you to become a Speechie?

I always knew that I wanted to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, paired with my interest in health, It became clear that speech pathology would be the career for me. My passion for working with children only solidified this choice. The opportunity to empower young ones in their communication journey is truly fulfilling. Witnessing their growth and celebrating even the smallest victories alongside them is an experience that resonates with me.

Who do you like to work with?

I enjoy working with children and adolescents with a range of communication difficulties. I love collaborating with families and other health professionals to provide a child with the support they need.

What Is one of your greatest achievements?

My greatest achievement so far is definitely completing my university studies and choosing a career I am passionate about.

Watch Georgia at Work

Bubbles and Pop Up Pirate are definitely a classic I love to use in my sessions. I also love toys that can be used in imaginary play such as animals, dolls and pretend food.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being at the beach and reading. I’m also a big ‘foodie’ and I love trying new restaurants and cafes.
