What inspired you to become an OT?
I have always been interested in health and enjoy working with people. Paediatric Occupational Therapy appealed to me because it gave me the opportunity to learn more about child development and supporting children to build skills that are meaningful in their everyday lives.

Who do you like to work with?
My favourite areas to work on include supporting children with their fine and gross motor development. I also enjoy supporting kids with their school readiness skills.

What is one of your greatest achievements:
One of my greatest achievements is completing my Occupational Therapy degree and beginning a career that allows me to make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families.

Favourite OT games
I love incorporating sensorimotor play into my sessions to support the development of motor skills, regulation and the foundational skills children need to participate in everyday activities. My favourite game is Zingo!

Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors and walking my dog.
