About Aimee

What inspired you to become an OT?
I have wanted to be an OT since I was 11; I found out about occupational therapy when my class was researching careers in year 5! One of my friend’s mums was an OT too, which helped me understand more about the career. I have always  loved how it blends sciences, creativity and helping people!

Who do you like to work with?
I previously worked at a baby gym, running circus and gymnastics camps for primary school age children, and in a high school! So, I love the whole range from babies to teens, but my absolute favourite is preparing for and transitioning to primary school.

Greatest accomplishment?
Completing both of my degrees.

I love movement! Swings, lycra, obstacle courses, all the moving.

Aerial silks and lyra, sewing, learning piano, hiking and camping and yoga.
